In Barcelona, where the public real estate portfolio ranges from squares and historic buildings to offices and urban land, the City Council set itself a challenge: to diagnose, classify, and update the technical condition of more than 7,500 properties.

At Intervalor Data, we approached this project for what it truly is: a large-scale precision urban operation that requires technical expertise, a solid methodology, and advanced digital tools.

What do we do?
We carry out on-site technical inspections with a comprehensive approach. We verify the location, conservation status, and occupancy of each asset—from public housing to roads and residual spaces. The breadth of the inventory requires flexible tools that can adapt to each typology.

How do we do it?
